At Vail Resorts, nine women run our resorts and women hold nearly 40% of leadership roles at the director level and above. The women who lead our resorts remember a time before this was the case. Nadia Guerriero, Chief Operating Officer of Beaver Creek Resort in Colorado, shared with The Denver Post, “There used to be this time when you were ‘the only.’ It was like there was only room for one.
