Get to know Jody Churich as she takes on a new role and joins our Executive Committee. Currently Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Breckenridge Ski Resort, Jody is moving up into the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of the West Region role starting Oct. 16. Jody will lead operations of Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia; Stevens Pass in Washington; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood in Lake Tahoe; and Perisher, Hotham and Falls Creek in Australia. Jody started her career in the industry as a ski instructor in Lake Tahoe in the 1990s and has been with Vail Resorts since 2018. Jody’s experience ranges from skier services to running operations at resorts in California and Colorado. She’s a trailblazer for women in leadership across our industry and company. Jody is looking forward to working with resorts in the West again – where she started her career.
