Over the last eight weeks as the COVID-19 crisis has unfolded, we have made some big decisions as a company – decisions that have impacted all of our employees. This podcast is designed to give you the context to understand the ‘why’ behind some of the decisions we made and all the different considerations we grappled with in the process of making them.
