March is Gender Equality Month around the world and Women’s History Month in the US. We are so proud of the many female leaders and team members who have shaped our company and our traditionally male-dominated snowsports industry.
This month, we will share some of their stories. From Kirsten Lynch, our company’s first female CEO and the only female CEO among Travel & Leisure companies listed on the 2021 Fortune 1000 list, to the women who lead our resorts as general managers and chief operating officers, we’re on a journey to create gender equality in the workplace.
