Sara Olson, our VP of Communications, was always known for her resilience and ability to thrive under pressure and would even seek out adrenaline-filled, heart-pounding situations. This fast-paced way of working guided her throughout her career. So when COVID-19 became a crisis nobody was prepared for, Sara was ready to respond. However, after the back-to-back crises, she quickly learned this way of working was unsustainable.
