BUILD RESILIENCE WITH A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT


This week, we continue to focus on the topic of Resilience – the ability to recover from difficulties and adjust to change. Parts 1 and 2 of the series focused on building resilience with a growth mindset and helpful habits. Now, in part 3, we explore using a community of support to boost resilience.

Here's what to expect:

  • Individual Learning Activity – self-led learning and exercises to complete on your own. We encourage you to do so within a week of the launch date.
  • Team Application Activity – a leader-led discussion to be used with a leader’s team of direct reports so that you can take advantage of peer learning and team development. We encourage leaders to facilitate this activity once your direct reports have completed the individual learning activity.
