Vail Resorts email on personal devices and some older laptops changed this Monday. Going forward, the Microsoft Outlook app is required to access Company email on your personal devices such as mobile phones and tablets off network. This additional security measure is being implemented to protect our Vail Resorts community and systems. Here what you need to do:
Mobile Devices (tablets & phones)
- Remove your current Vail Resorts email settings from your phone and tablet’s native email client. Failure to remove settings will cause your computer account to lockout at the next password change. Note: blocked email account notifications on your phone is not a result of removing the account.
- Download the Microsoft Outlook app from your device app store:
- Sync your contacts:
Outlook app> Hamburger () icon > Settings (gear icon) > Tap your Vail Resorts email account > Tap Sync Contacts / Save Contacts switch to ON
