YOUR WINTER PERKS 20-21

Much has changed this season, but you still have access to a range of benefits and perks that come with working for Vail Resorts! To ensure we can all Be Safe, Together while enjoying our mountains, some of the redemption details for our perks have changed. Please review the details below carefully.

Employee & Dependent Passes

Your employee pass and eligible dependent pass(es) give you access to ski and ride at all of our owned and operated resorts and are exempt from this season's reservation system. (As always, employee and dependent passes may be subject to restrictions when there is limited terrain open).

If you haven’t yet this season, make sure to sign your Ski/Activity Waiver – your ski pass as well as eligible dependents’ passes will not be activated until you do so.

Comp Tickets & Coupons

Family & Friends coupons are valid beginning Dec. 8 and are subject to advance purchase from available lift ticket inventory with some limited blackout dates. To redeem a coupon, your friends and family must do one of the following:

  • Buy a full-priced, full-day adult lift ticket online (pending availability) then bring the employee benefit coupon to a ticket window for a refund of the discounted amount.
  • Go to a ticket window to redeem the coupon for any day of the season (pending availability). This can be done in advance or same-day either by the employee (on behalf of the guest) or by the guest.
Note that lift tickets will be limited this season and may be sold out on some days. In the interest of safety, it is imperative that employees check the resort website to confirm lift ticket availability before proceeding to the resort window to transact. Please also be aware that there is no guarantee of lift ticket availability until the employee/guest transacts either online or at the window.

Head over here for more information about coupons and to see how many you may be eligible to receive this winter.
