As we embark on a busy time of year—in a year like no other—it’s common to find ourselves spending a lot of our personal energy, both at work and outside of it. From the Sustainable Energy Library in The LIFT, we learned that expending energy without managing our recovery is not sustainable. The reality is that for many of us, the busy-ness of the season we are entering can make it extra challenging to recover energy, including impacting the amount and quality of sleep we get each night.
