We are celebrating the passage of the Respect for Marriage Act. We supported this legislation because it is important to us that each of our teammates feels supported and fulfilled. That may be tough to do if you are worrying about whether or not your marriage will lose equal protection under the law—a threat many of our LGBTQ+ colleagues were facing before the act's passage this week. Codifying a consistent and inclusive federal standard as decided by the Loving, Windsor, and Obergefell rulings will help to ensure marriage equality across the US, and is aligned to our core values to Be Inclusive and Do Right.
