As we continue on our journey to Be Inclusive, we are launching the third training module in our Leading DEI Development program, Speaking Up for Others. In this module, you will explore how unconscious bias can affect decision-making and how you can hold others accountable to creating an inclusive environment. In addition, we share techniques to help you speak up for yourself and others to promote inclusion. As a reminder, it’s critical to take this training module and participate in team discussion so we can all speak the same DEI language, model the same behaviors in support of living our value, and create a safe space to learn and improve.
