- Set an agenda. For every meeting, set an agenda at least a day ahead of time. This will keep everyone focused and on-task regardless of location.
- Keep (or start) your 1:1s. Connect with your boss and ensure your expectations and priorities are aligned. Be straightforward and ask the questions you need answers to.
- Hold team standup meetings. This could be a quick 15-minute check-in at the start of each day to connect with your team, discuss priorities and check-in on each-other's well-being.
- Support your colleagues when they need it. This could be as simple as being “on-call” when a teammate needs to step “out of the office” during regular working hours, or shifting your individual priorities to support high-priority team/Company projects.
