Vail Resorts is requiring all employees across North America to be vaccinated for COVID-19 by Nov. 15, 2021. Please remember to submit your proof of vaccination as soon as possible via the “Submit Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination” button at the top of the EpicEmployee homepage. Note that you only need to submit the form once, with the date you completed your vaccine regimen. If you received a two-dose vaccination you only need to enter the date of your second dose.
