We are launching the first training module in our new Leading DEI development program - DEI Fundamentals: Building DEI Awareness. Our new Leading DEI development program comprises four training modules that will be released now through August. It’s critical every employee takes these training modules and participates in team discussion so we can all speak the same DEI language, model the same behaviors in support of living our value, and create a safe space to learn and improve. This is a journey we’re on together, and parts of it may feel hard. There is a lot of work ahead and we are committed to creating lasting change, not only within our company, but also across our communities and within our sport. We will continue to share our broader plans about where we’re heading and how you can get involved in the coming months.
