The Women’s ERG, which will leverage the learnings from POWDER to expand beyond education and awareness to influencing change in processes, policies, and programs in order to cultivate an inclusive environment and build allyship and advocacy that will lead to equitable practices for all employees.
The Rainbow Room, which is an employee-founded and led affinity group focused on providing a supportive community for LGBTQ+ employees to connect, build community and support specific needs, challenges, and successes to empower team members to bring their whole authentic selves to work.
