Meet Jory Davis from the Mountain Security team at Heavenly in California. Jory went above and beyond for a guest who lost the keys to her rental vehicle on the first day of her ski trip. The guest says of Jory and his team, “The lost and found team responded with intelligence and professionalism — and took on a true problem-solving mentality. We felt that they were ‘with’ us in trying to navigate what to do.” To our guest’s surprise, Jory recognized her the next day in the cafeteria and continued to work with her to retrieve her belongings from the car while the keys remained missing. While the keys couldn’t be found, our guest experienced genuine hospitality, support and Epic Service. Great work to Jory and the team at Heavenly!
