Emma, the world’s first digital mountain assistant, is seizing the season. She launches Nov. 8 at Keystone. Emma is using the early season to better understand how guests ask questions and will get smarter the more she interacts with them. Emma offers on-demand information on everything from grooming, lift line wait times and parking to recommendations on rentals, lessons and dining options. Additionally, guests can receive their EpicMix stats from Emma by asking simple questions like “how much did I ski today” or “what are my stats”. Later in the season, Emma will be active at Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge in Colorado; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood in Tahoe, and Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia, Canada.
