The Caldor Fire has brought a challenging time to the Tahoe Region as Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood are each incredibly special places in our family of resorts.
We are grateful to the hard work and efforts by our employees, the firefighters, first responders, and many other teams that gave their all to help protect our beloved resorts. Now that conditions around the Caldor Fire are improving and some local communities are beginning to repopulate, we’re able to see some of the silver linings. Many of those bright spots are the lengths at which many our employees went to preserve these beautiful mountain environments and support each other.
