Meet Eileen Gu, an 18-year-old freestyle skier from San Francisco who hopes to use sports to form a cross-cultural bond that inspires young women in China. The young skier is a rising star after winning gold medals at notable events, including the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, Freestyle Ski World Cup and the X Games. Born to a Chinese mother, Eileen’s appreciation for her Chinese roots led her to the decision to compete for China in the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
