We have launched a new on-demand digital learning series focused on developing the leadership attributes that are most useful to our leaders, both right now and in the future (read the announcement from CHRO Lynanne Kunkel).
The first three-part, self-driven module is focused on Resiliency – the ability to recover from difficulties and adjust to change. We will release one part per week in The LIFT over the next three weeks.
Each part of this series is designed with two key features:
- Individual Learning Activity – self-led learning and exercises to complete on your own. We encourage you to do so within a week of the launch date.
- Team Application Activity – leader-led discussion to be used with a leader’s team of direct reports so that each team can take advantage of both peer learning and team development around the learning topic. We encourage leaders to facilitate this activity once your direct reports have completed the individual learning activity.
