This month, and every month, we encourage you to actively learn about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and show appreciation for the unique attributes of others to create an environment that fosters belonging and inclusion. One of the best ways to learn more about diversity at Vail Resorts is through our Leading DEI curriculum in the LIFT. Throughout the four modules, you’ll learn how to celebrate and show appreciation for others of diverse backgrounds, speak up when you see exclusionary behavior and take personal responsibility for furthering your own DEI journey.
